請至少提前三天下單，無提供現貨。

Please place your order at least three days in advance. We do not provide ready-made items.

目前不接受客製化服務，所有供應款式以網站為主。

We do not offer customization. Available styles are those shown on our website.

We provide candles and celebration plaques such as “Happy Birthday” and “Happy Anniversary.” Please specify your request in the order notes.

需付款完成後訂單才會成立。可用的付款方式會顯示於結帳頁面與確認信。

Your order is confirmed once payment has been completed. Available methods are shown at checkout.

付款完成並經核實後，我們將寄出訂單確認電子郵件。 您可透過以下方式查詢訂單狀態：

• 登入官網會員帳戶，於「我的訂單」中查看

• 未登入會員者，可使用訂單編號於官網查詢訂單

Once payment is completed and verified, a confirmation email will be sent. You can check your order status in the following ways:

• Log in to your member account and view it under Order History

• If you checked out as a guest, use your order number to track your order on our website

請盡快與我們聯繫，提供您的姓名與大約下單時間，我們會協助查詢。

Please contact us as soon as possible with your name and approximate order date. We will help locate your order.

每筆訂單可調整一次，請於取貨日前至少三天告知。

Each order may be modified once, at least three days before pickup.

取貨當日無法更改或延期。若未於指定時間取貨，將視為自動放棄，恕無法退款或補取。

Rescheduling is not available on pickup day. Missing the scheduled time will be considered a forfeit, with no refund or rearrangement.

若因個人因素取消已付款訂單，將酌收 20% 行政費。

Cancellations due to personal reasons incur a 20% administrative fee.

如遇壞天氣，可於預定日前一天聯繫我們安排延期或取消；取消將酌收 10% 行政費。

In case of severe weather, please contact us at least one day prior to arrange postponement or cancellation. A 10% fee applies to cancellations.

請冷藏保存於 2–4°C，室溫請勿放置超過一小時。

Keep refrigerated at 2–4°C. Avoid leaving it at room temperature for more than one hour.

取貨當天風味最佳。各品項的賞味期限請參考產品頁面。
