訂購相關 Ordering

可以到現場預訂蛋糕嗎? Can I place an order at your boutique?

我們採預訂制。所有訂單皆需透過官方網站下單。

We operate by pre-order only, and all orders must be placed through our official website.

需要提前多少天預訂?有現貨嗎? How early should I order?

請至少提前三天下單,無提供現貨。

Please place your order at least three days in advance. We do not provide ready-made items.

找不到想要的款式,可以特別製作嗎? Style not listed?

目前不接受客製化服務,所有供應款式以網站為主。

We do not offer customization. Available styles are those shown on our website.

可以調整甜度或更換食材嗎? Adjust sweetness or ingredients?

甜度與食材為固定設定,無法另外調整。

Sweetness and ingredients are fixed and cannot be modified.

能否更換裝飾或來圖訂製? Decorations or custom design from photos?

裝飾與色彩皆為固定配置,不提供客製化。

Decorations and colors are fixed, and customization is not available.

有提供蠟燭或祝賀牌嗎? Do you provide candles or celebration plaques?

有的,請在訂單備註中告知。

We provide candles and celebration plaques such as “Happy Birthday” and “Happy Anniversary.” Please specify your request in the order notes.

需要先付款嗎?付款方式有哪些? Payment methods?

需付款完成後訂單才會成立。可用的付款方式會顯示於結帳頁面與確認信。

Your order is confirmed once payment has been completed. Available methods are shown at checkout.

怎麼確認訂單成功? How do I know my order is confirmed?

付款核實後,我們會寄出電子郵件或簡訊通知。若未收到,請查看垃圾信件匣或與我們聯繫。

After payment is verified, a confirmation email or SMS will be sent. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us.

填錯聯絡資訊且找不到訂單? Wrong contact info and lost order number?

請盡快與我們聯繫,提供您的姓名與大約下單時間,我們會協助查詢。

Please contact us as soon as possible with your name and approximate order date. We will help locate your order.

訂單變更與取貨 Changes & Pickup

可以更改訂單內容嗎? Can I change my order?

每筆訂單可調整一次,請於取貨日前至少三天告知。其後的變更可能需酌收行政費。

Each order may be modified once, at least three days before pickup. Later changes may incur an administrative fee.

取貨當日臨時有事,可以改期嗎? Can I reschedule on pickup day?

取貨當日無法更改或延期。若未於指定時間取貨,將視為自動放棄,恕無法退款或補取。

Rescheduling is not available on pickup day. Missing the scheduled time will be considered a forfeit, with no refund or rearrangement.

可以取消訂單嗎? Can I cancel my order?

若因個人因素取消已付款訂單,將酌收 20% 行政費。

Cancellations due to personal reasons incur a 20% administrative fee.

提供送貨嗎? Do you offer delivery?

目前不提供送貨服務。若需第三方協助,請自行安排並負擔相關費用。

We currently do not offer delivery service. If needed, please arrange any third-party courier on your own.

產品與其他 Product & Others

會提供餐具嗎? Are tableware sets included?

會提供一套基本餐具,若需額外數量可能需酌收費用。

A standard set is included. Extra sets may incur additional fees.

蛋糕需要冷藏嗎? Does the cake need refrigeration?

請冷藏保存於 2–4°C,室溫請勿放置超過一小時。

Keep refrigerated at 2–4°C. Avoid leaving it at room temperature for more than one hour.

需要當天吃完嗎? Should it be consumed the same day?

取貨當天風味最佳。各品項的賞味期限請參考產品頁面。

The best flavor is on the day of pickup. Please refer to each product page for its best-before.

可以代切蛋糕嗎? Do you offer pre-slicing?

目前不提供預切或代切服務。

We do not offer pre-slicing or on-site cutting services.

可以分裝或加購包材嗎? Extra packaging?

已提供適合的包裝。若需額外包材或分裝,可能需加收費用。

Standard packaging is included. Additional packaging or repacking may incur extra fees.

遇到壞天氣可以延期或取消嗎? Bad weather policy?

如遇壞天氣,可於預定日前一天聯繫我們安排延期或取消;取消將酌收 10% 行政費。

In case of severe weather, please contact us at least one day prior to arrange postponement or cancellation. A 10% fee applies to cancellations.
