所有甜點皆為預訂製作,需於取貨日前至少提前 3 天 下單,並開放未來 30 天 內的預約。
All items are made to order. Please reserve at least 3 days in advance (up to 30 days ahead).
訂單需完成全額付款後才成立;付款方式會於結帳頁面顯示。
Your order is confirmed once full payment is completed.
每筆訂單可調整一次,請於取貨日前至少 3 天 聯繫我們。
Each order may be modified once at least 3 days before pickup. Extra changes may incur a fee.
如需取消已付款訂單,將酌收 20% 行政處理費,敬請理解。
Canceling a paid order includes a 20% administrative fee.
若未提前告知而超過取貨時間,將視同放棄訂單,恕無法退款或保留。
If pickup is missed without prior notice, the order is forfeited with no refund.

Arrive within your selected time window and present your order number.
冷藏品請取回後儘速冰入 2–4°C;常溫請勿放置超過 1 小時。
Refrigerate at 2–4°C promptly after pickup. Do not leave cakes at room temperature for over 1 hour.
目前提供 台灣本島 冷凍宅配服務,運費將於結帳頁面顯示,並隨訂單一併結算。
Frozen delivery is currently available within Taiwan main island. The shipping fee is shown at checkout.
冷凍宅配的「出貨日」為甜點從工作室寄出當天。
請於結帳時,在系統開放的區間內選擇
下單後第 3 至第 30 天 的工作天作為出貨日,
例假日不出貨。
請務必於可預約範圍內選擇出貨日,以利安排製作與出貨。
The shipping date is the day your order leaves our kitchen. Please choose a working day from 3 to 30 days after your order date; we do not ship on public holidays.

・實際到貨時間依物流配送狀況為準,
恕無法指定確切到貨日與時段。
・遇連假、天候或其他不可抗力因素,
配送時效可能略有延遲,建議預留緩衝時間。
Orders usually arrive 1–2 days after shipping, but the exact delivery date and time cannot be guaranteed and may be delayed during holidays or bad weather.
甜點會以冷凍宅配包裝出貨,到貨後請儘速拆箱並依商品標示冷藏或冷凍保存,
避免長時間置於常溫。
若外箱有明顯凹損或滲漏,請先拍照存證,並於當日盡快與我們聯繫。
Please move cakes into the fridge or freezer immediately upon arrival. If the outer box is damaged, take photos and contact us the same day.
