目前僅提供官網下單，不接受私訊或電話口頭預訂。
Orders can only be placed through our website. We cannot take orders via DM or phone.
提前預訂 | Advance Reservation
所有甜點皆為預訂製作，需於取貨日前至少提前 3 天 下單，並開放未來 30 天 內的預約。
All items are made to order. Please reserve at least 3 days in advance (up to 30 days ahead).
產品供應 | Product Availability
甜點風味、甜度與造型為固定設計，無法調整，也不提供來圖客製服務。
Flavors, sweetness, and designs are fixed. Reference-photo custom cakes are not available.
付款方式 | Payment Methods
訂單需完成全額付款後才成立；付款方式會於結帳頁面或確認信中顯示。
Your order is confirmed once full payment is completed.
2. 更改與取消 | Order Changes & Cancellations
更改訂單 | Changes
每筆訂單可調整一次，請於取貨日前至少 3 天 聯繫我們。再次變更可能需酌收處理費。
Each order may be modified once at least 3 days before pickup. Extra changes may incur a fee.
取消訂單 | Cancellation
如需取消已付款訂單，將酌收 20% 行政處理費，敬請理解。
Canceling a paid order includes a 20% administrative fee.
逾期取貨 | Failure to Pick Up
若未提前告知而超過取貨時間，將視同放棄訂單，恕無法退款或保留。
If pickup is missed without prior notice, the order is forfeited with no refund.
3. 取貨與保存 | Pickup & Storage

取貨流程 | Pickup Process
請於選定的時段準時抵達。恕無法提前或延後取貨。
Arrive within your selected time window and present your order number.
存放方式 | Storage
冷藏品請取回後儘速冰入 2–4°C；常溫請勿放置超過 1 小時。
Refrigerate at 2–4°C promptly after pickup. Do not leave at room temperature for over 1 hour.
