this creation gathers juicy red berries in a delicate veil of white chocolate.

It is paired with aerated ruby chocolate,
and finished with lemon verbena, blueberries, and silver leaves for a refined aroma.

made from Hokkaido cream, Isigny fromage blanc, and mascarpone.
